The Office
Golubić Law Office was founded in 2011 in Zagreb. Attorney Zrinka Golubić has been in the legal profession since 2002 and has been admitted to the Register of Attorneys of the Croatian Bar Association since 2006. From the outset, the office has focused above all on commercial law and legal support for business.
Approach
We approach every matter thoroughly and precisely, with clear communication and an understanding of the client's business objective. We shape legal solutions to be workable in practice, not merely formally correct.
Business Orientation
The office approaches legal questions with an understanding of the economic and financial context of business. This is reinforced by a specialist postgraduate programme in the legal and economic framework of doing business in the EU, completed at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb.
Multidisciplinary Cooperation
Where the nature of a matter requires it, the office cooperates with external experts — auditors, court experts in various fields (mechanical, civil engineering, geodetic) and certified translators. This cooperation enables a comprehensive approach to more complex matters, while legal responsibility remains within the office.
International Context
The office regularly works with internationally active clients and foreign investors. Legal matters, including negotiations, can be conducted in Croatian and English.
Languages
The working languages of the office are Croatian and English. For individual matters, support in other languages is available through cooperation with translators.
